Shipments, deliveries and returns
Deliveries are performed on the Italian territory, islands included, as well as abroad.
The estimate for product delivery is indicatively 2-4 working days starting from the acceptance of the placed order by Az Agricola Cultura Viva. As far as deliveries outside of the Italian borders, delivery times may vary.
As far as deliveries requested in countries outside of the European Union is concerned, any potential customs import fees will be charged to the recipient. Customers are therefore invited to reach out to the Customs Authorities of their country to verify costs and import conditions. For certain remote locations, there might be additional shipment costs that will be communicated to the customer before shipping the goods.
Delivery times are to be considered indicative and delays, or deliveries performed with split shipments do not legitimate the Customer to the refusal of the delivery and to requests refund or compensation. Products will be delivered to the shipping address that the Customer enters in the order form. Azienda Agricola Cultura Viva reserves the right to split shipments. In the event of a damaged package, we advise the Customer not to accept the package and promptly reach out to us at info@olioleclarisse.com.
If the carrier is unable to reach out the Customer to agree a delivery time, the goods will be shipped back to Azienda Agricola Cultura Viva who will immediately inform the Customer via e-mails. The Customer accepts that, should there not be a reply to the Customer Service e-mail, following three months from the day the package was shipped back to Azienda Agricola Cultura Viva, the contract will be intended as resolved by rights as dictated by art. 1456 c.c. Once resolved the contract, Azienda Agricola Cultura Viva will proceed to completely refund the amount as paid by the Customer minus the costs of the returning shipment to Azienda Agricola Cultura Viva, as well as any other potential expenses encountered because of the missed delivery. The resolution of the contract and the total amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail.
In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer can reach out to the Customer Service by sending an email to the address info@olioleclarisse.com to obtain information on their shipment and submit a claim. The Customer is allowed to cancel the order if the delay is more than fifteen working days beyond the originally estimated delivery date. This clause cannot be applied if the missed or delayed delivery are caused by circumstances beyond one's control.
If, when the Customer receives the order, the Customer is not happy with it, he/she should contact Azienda Agricola Cultura Viva immediately at info@olioleclarisse.com. After that, he.she can return the product but only if it is still intact, never opened, consistent with the applicable laws on this matter. The Customer can return the product within 7 working days from receiving it. Please send an email to info@olioleclarisse.com confirming the order number and the reason for the return. Shipping costs for the returns are to be paid by the Customer.
