Le Clarisse is a super-premium organic extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from the olives of our family estate in the beautiful hills of Umbria, Italy.

Our 600 olive trees are certified organic and cared for using regenerative farming practices. The olives are harvested early, milled and filtered within hours, and the oil is bottled in small batches to preserve its freshness, aromas, and natural vitality.

Harvest 2026 offers a lively, complex aromatic profile. It is intensely herbaceous, with notes of artichoke and green tomato, pleasant bitterness and a peppery wild arugula finish. Le Clarisse 2026 has a very low acidity of 0.17% and an exceptional polyphenol content at 961 mg/kg, confirming the extraordinary freshness, purity, and nutritional qualities that distinguish Le Clarisse.

Le Clarisse is produced from traditional Umbrian cultivars Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino grown exclusively on our six acre-estate. We farm organically and regeneratively to continuously improve soil health and to produce tastier and more nutricious olives.
