Le Clarisse is a super-premium organic extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from the olives of our family estate in the beautiful hills of Umbria, Italy.

Our 600 olive trees are certified organic and cared for using regenerative farming practices. The olives are harvested early, milled and filtered within hours, and the oil is bottled in small batches to preserve its freshness, aromas, and natural vitality.

Le Clarisse offers a lively, complex aromatic profile, with herbaceous and fruity notes and a medium-to-bold intensity. Previous harvests have consistently achieved an exceptionally low acidity—as low as 0.17%—and a polyphenol content above 700 mg/kg, confirming the extraordinary freshness, purity, and nutritional qualities that distinguish Le Clarisse.
