Le Clarisse is produced from traditional Umbrian cultivars Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino grown exclusively on our six acre-estate. We farm organically and regeneratively to continuously improve soil health and to produce tastier and more nutricious olives.

We are proud to offer a truly authentic and premium quality organic olive oil that captures the essence of Umbria.
